Country Club Lima Hotel Perroquet presents its Special of the month with a selection of seasonal risottos

Perroquet Restaurant unveils a special edition dedicated to risotto, one of the most versatile and beloved dishes in international cuisine. Available from June 1 to July 5, this selection features a variety of creations crafted by the culinary team at Country Club Lima Hotel.

The menu includes a loche squash risotto accompanied by beef tenderloin in pepper sauce, a combination that highlights emblematic ingredients of Peruvian cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a pesto risotto with breaded fish, an option that combines fresh flavors with crispy textures.

Among the highlights is the Huancaína-style risotto with slow-cooked short ribs, a contemporary interpretation of traditional flavors. The menu also features a Parmesan risotto with oriental touches and stir-fried fish, offering an internationally inspired proposal.

The experience concludes with an algarrobina and coffee tiramisu, a dessert that reinterprets the Italian classic with ingredients that reflect local identity.

Available for a limited time, the Special of the Month aims to offer new culinary experiences to Perroquet’s guests, in the elegant and welcoming atmosphere that distinguishes Country Club Lima Hotel.
