With the arrival of the winter season, Perroquet Restaurant brings back one of its most traditional offerings: the Sancochado buffet, an iconic dish of Lima’s culinary heritage that takes center stage during the colder months.

Available from Tuesday to Thursday, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the experience features a wide variety of meats and sausages, including short ribs, flank, beef brisket, chicken, smoked bacon, sausages, chorizo, tongue and blood sausage.

The buffet also includes the classic side dishes that traditionally accompany this dish, such as corn on the cob, potatoes, cassava, sweet potatoes, cabbage, leeks, celery and carrots, along with a selection of house-made sauces, a daily salad, an additional hot dish and desserts prepared by the culinary team.

As part of the experience, guests may choose a welcome aperitif, including a Classic Chilcano, Passion Fruit Achilcanado or a Pistonic.

Sancochado is one of Lima’s most representative winter dishes and remains a beloved tradition among the city’s dining establishments, making it an ideal option to enjoy with family and friends.
